This platform collects and stores limited information necessary to operate the league, including your name, email address, and league-specific details such as position, jersey color, skill level, attendance, and payment balance status.
Of this information, your email address is the only piece that has any meaningful value or use outside of this platform. Position, jersey color, skill level, and attendance are operational in nature, hold no independent value, and cannot reasonably be used to identify, contact, or impersonate you outside the context of this league.
Payment balance information reflects only a running total of amounts owed or paid and is not linked to any payment method, account number, credit card number, banking detail, or other financial credential. No such financial credentials are collected, processed, or stored on this platform. As a result, while payment balance is personal information, it does not expose any means by which a third party could access or move funds.
We take reasonable measures to safeguard this information. However, by accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) in the unlikely event of a data breach, your practical exposure is limited primarily to your email address and, to a lesser extent, your payment balance and name, as no financial credentials are stored on this platform and the remaining information has no standalone use or value to a third party; and
(b) the league, its administrators, and organizers shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, this information in the event of a data breach, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
